Invoice Policy:

• RMA: Satisfaction is guaranteed. All shipments should be inspected immediately, any damages/errors must be reported in  24 hours of receipt, damages/errors will be replaced or a credit to your account will be issued  (no cash value refunds given). We regret that we will be unable to accept returns/responsibility or issue credits for damages/errors reported after the initial 24 hours inspection period.

Purchasing:

• We accept online orders, the easiest and fastest way to order! Simply use the online ordering system, use the secure payment server, completely fill out the order form, and prepare to enjoy your new lifestyle accessories. The purchase will appear on your credit card statement as “Diversity Wholesale Inc.”
• Purchasing flow:
  • Browse through the pages and check out our products.
  • Click the “Add to Cart” button next to the product you wish to place in your Cart. Place your order.
  • When you are ready to place your order, click the “View Cart” then follow to “Check Out” button. Choose a payment type. You will be prompted to enter information to complete your order. Press the Submit button when you have entered all the information correctly.
  • Once your order goes through, an “Order Accepted” sign will appear on your screen. All details of your order will be sent to your e-mail. If you encounter any problems while submitting your order, don’t hesitate to contact us or just resubmit the info again with a small note. All orders are processed by our representatives, so there is no option of being charged twice. If we have any questions regarding your order we will contact you before processing it. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail complete with your tracking number.

• We do not accept orders which are e-mailed to us. You must complete the order form.

Shipping:

• We ships worldwide.

• All orders are processed Mon-Fri., and are shipped within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock (each product has specific information on availability).

Customer Service:

• Our live representatives are available Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm (EST) .All other times you may leave a name, number and a time to reach you, and we will return your call as soon as possible or just send an e-mail.
• In any correspondence with us, please include your name, question or concern and contact information. If your inquiry is with regards to an order please include your order number as well.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

• Diversity Wholesale believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the event that an order contains broken products please report the damage within 24 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Simply contact us and one of our representatives will provide instructions and handle the claim. If a damaged delivery is not reported within 24 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim. Once a product has been used Diversity cannot replace or exchange merchandise. Please inspect your complete order before using any items
• If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from Diversity and the item has not been used, it may be returned within 5 days of the purchasing date for a credit, minus an additional 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. For any exchanges on an item, customers will pay for the shipping only.
  Diversity will honor any lost or never received orders with proper documentation of non-delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order.

• Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.
